Revolut — Payment Processing

ClickUp — Client Data Management

We use ClickUp (operated by Mango Technologies, Inc.) as our internal project management and CRM platform. Client information — such as names, contact details, visa request details, and communication history — may be stored in ClickUp. Access is restricted to authorised Meowgration staff only. Other Third Parties

  • Embassies and visa centres — to schedule appointments on your behalf
  • Cloud storage platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Supabase) — for document storage
  • Internal staff and authorised contractors — under strict confidentiality agreements
  • Legal or regulatory authorities — where required by law or legal process

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary:

  • To fulfil the purposes described in this Policy
  • To comply with legal and accounting obligations (up to 7 years)
  • ClickUp records are retained for the duration of the client relationship and deleted within 12 months of service completion, unless legal retention rules apply

You may request deletion of your data at any time (unless we are legally required to retain it).

  • Data Processing Agreements with each processor
  • EU-US Data Privacy Framework or equivalent safeguards where applicable
